Pew Research, in November 2018 published an article titled 'In their own words: Why some people find voting difficult' states,
"Among those who plan to vote, blacks are more than twice as likely as whites to say it will be difficult (29% vs. 13%)," read here
Many believe it is crucial to have a thorough understanding of the issues of today. Understanding who Corporate America supports and why really does matter. You can make a difference by starting with the "truth."
In times past, it seems honesty and integrity were more valued. Today, more than ever, honest people must have a voice. It is sad to say that in todays world of media and politics, it is obvious not everyone reports or states the truth. It has become common place and accepted to lie to the American People. These media representatives, some outlets politicians and groups continue to be respected as a journalist or a politicians even when they lie.
How did America come to this?
I don't think we can blame our ancestors.
See article conducted by Pew Research from July 2019 which states that Americans' trust the government less than before.
“Americans are worried that distrust in the government and in others is taking a toll on the nation,” said Lee Rainie, the director of internet and technology research at the Pew Research Center.
Although, this study is from outside of the US, the same principals apply, we believe. In an article by United Kingdom's (see below)
